Crooks Hall – 24th Feb

We’re getting ready for our third weekend in Crooks Hall Studio on the 24th/25th Feb. This time we’re laying down the backing and rhythm tracks for the last four recordings for our new album.

Three of the songs are brand new originals – Cinderlla’s Fallen, Limbo Dancing and Nashville – and the fourth is the Eric Clapton & Will Jennings song, Tears In Heaven.

We’ve been working up the songs in James’s home studio so we’ll be fully prepared and looking for something that sparkles.

Meanwhile, we’re working on a couple of showcase events to test the new set live before we set-off to Knaresborough on the 9th June for our first gig with the new material.

Update

Two days of hard work with James, Iulain, Chris and Kate playing instruments and Marie trying to decide between different takes of the same guitar solo or cymbal wash. But now we’re ready to add vocals 🙂
